20100227 Meals today so far...

Breakfast

- pemmican bar

Pre-WOD

- apple sauce

- 32g (2 scoops) whey protein

Post-WOD

- banana

- endurox (2 scoops) with water

Lunch @ indian food at local family restaurant. Very yummy.

- lamb

- braised vegetables

- mushroom/spinach soup

(I'd have taken a photo, but matt was not having it. I can't say I blame him. All this diet and training tracking is work!)
