20100228 Meal: Breakfast

- 4 egg omelet (3 yolks) with 6oz of turkey breast
- 1c cooked spinach and kale
- 1c blackberries

yummy yummy. I can't seem to get tired of omelets in the morning with fruit
and veg. great way to start the day
