20100605 Training: Sore!

Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3
Bypassed these due to sore back... ugh

8 min AMRAP @ 5rds + 4DU's
3 Handstand push-ups
6 CTB pull-ups
12 Double-unders

Post WOD: 5 x 5 Toes-to-bar (30 seconds rest)

CFWL open gym - yay! shoe malfunction, jumprope broke, and kinda flipped
over on band during HSPU, but managed to finish.

TTB were fun fun fun. I love those too. Yoga helps me manage through CF core
stuff. Helped stretch out my oh so sore back. I don't what did it
specifically, but it's hurting.
