20100704 Training: ouchie and more climbing

Health: mild allergies, bad hair day, back still hurting

We biked today ... a little over 20 miles

It was good, but not as hard as I'd have gone. It was a bit crowded from the 4th of july celebrants and the heat was just killing me (I'm not meant for this kind of heat! Its unnatural!). Matt and I rode it together and came back with sore hineys and a thirst for ice water.

Other than that, it was a good day - my back isn't hurting as much as it was 2 weeks ago and I'm getting back to a normal, healthy weight (working towards 135-140). Also not as strong, but I'm in no rush - the tetons shouldn't pose too much of a beating since the routes we plan to do are no more than 3 pitches and/or 5.8 ratings. Only 12 days till I leave
