I used to be a good writer,
student/employee, athlete, etc . until things like my Droid, facebook, and
audible came around to distract the living daylights out of me.
I thought I had ADHD pretty bad until these things came into my life. Now
nothing gets done. I just spent all day playing on facebook, posting photos,
videos, and mucking about. I lost 8 hours of productive studying, errands,
wedding plans, and cleaning.
I just realized how screwed I am. I have a big quiz on Tuesday and I'm
falling behind.
Since I know a thing or two about studying...it's not uncommon to want to chill and waste time when you're studying so much. Your mind probably needed it! But, a few things. 1st, try to place some time limits on yourself. i.e., I'm gonna study for 3 hrs and then I get to go to CFC for a bit and muck around. 2nd, use your breaks wisely. Trust me, you can think of way better things than facebook! And finally, get out of the house to study! That will change your life and make you so much more efficient!
