there's no excuse for allowing back habits to creep back in. having said that... anyone can put good videos on, but i added the bad videos to remind myself what i need to work on the most... also to hold myself accountable. rounded back made an appearance during power cleans...

kip was off ... i should be pulling back with my hips and pushing off
with my arms more ... probably one of the reasons why i can't get into
those butterflies any more ... ... well, i have plenty of room for improvement ... no where to go but up! diet = 8
